Taqlid Definisi - Secara bahasa taqlid berarti menggantungkan sesuatu pada sesuatu yang lain, memiliki akar kata; qallada – yuqallidu – taqliydan. - Secara istilah fiqh taqlid berarti mengerjakan suatu aktifitas (amal) dengan bersandarkan kepada fatwa seorang mujtahid (baca; pribadi yang telah memiliki kemampuan untuk menyimpulkan hukum dari sumber aslinya) Dalil dibolehkannya taqlid a. Dalil ‘aqliy Hukum-hukum Allah SWT baik yang harus dikerjakan atau yang harus ditinggalkan bersumber kepada Al Quran dan Hadits.
